I propose a new rule. If an ump keeps missing outside pitches, a team can protest and make the ump move his stance a little more that direction. I don't know how the rest of the rule should go, maybe people can add to this

They aren't terrible it's just really hard to do.  With the velocity and movement these guys get.  It's stupid hard.

So yea, get robots to do it.
