Ok, question. On Kirk’s grounder to Henderson, Henderson ran to it, gloved it, kept running and threw. Even though he had plenty of time to stop, set his feet and throw more carefully.

Should he have been more careful, or is throwing on the fly unnecessarily ok?

I ask because some have suggested he’s showboating, and that throw looked more elaborate than it should have.

He knew Kirk runs slow enough that he could have probably out ran him to 1B, so he took his time.

Blue Jays should be even shorter in the bullpen than the O's.  Getting there quicker can't hurt.

Besides a DFA reliever or two this is our team. Time to lock in. Wonder if a team like Texas has an Angels like sell off if things don’t go right.
