I tore my ucl in hs warming up. “I don’t feel right” was a slight pop in my elbow and I could not warm up or increase my velocity from soft toss. Hope this is something else but outlook is not good.

Seems like other teams are doing what the Orioles did.  No one seems to have found any secret sauce.  With G-Rod it was complicated by his back injury the year before.
