Well yeah I’ve already said that if anybody can do it, they can do it but it’s not about the 99% even though the 99% is there for a reason they would just have to lose almost all the games. And we are on our way.

I thought the same thing on the ball that got past Holliday.  It’s really a bit amazing how damaging the loss of Mateo has been to the team defense.

It is a mud pit out there not really easy to run and get good footing with rain and field.  That ball past Rivera looked like it was rolling down a stream kicking up water.

Exactly. Those were not easy balls to get to given the conditions. Single past Holliday had a .450 xBA

It’s also a coping mechanism. I don’t think anybody here wants this team to be the dumpster fire they are. There’s not even a shred of competence with this crew. It’s astoundingly bad.
