Well, humor usually has some truth to it, and Mora is not a bad-D 3B-man at all. He has strengths and weaknesses, but he is not a D-liability.

And after that play, I'd say calling him E5 seems even more dumb right now than it usually does ;-)

Yeah, nevermind. I was referring to the Approved Ruling in the rule rather than the comment. Seeing as how the Approved Ruling in the rule and the Approved Ruling in the comment are not related, that bolsters my opinion that each paragraph in the comments is a separate comment that applies to the rule as a whole.
