They have to get through the 5th inning. But I believe since they're leading it's like having a lead in the 9th inning. No reason to keep playing if the home team is ahead in the bottom of the 9th.

Nope, the rule is that the losing team has to have had five innings at bat. The Indians are losing, and they've had five at-bats, so this is an official game. If it doesn't re-start, the Orioles win.
