    • Cool!  That's much better than winning a playoff game!
    • fwiw, in the clips before his HR derby swings, he's got the leg kick in the highlights.  Dunno if it's "the same" leg kick we're seeing today, but it's pronounced.. possible he was "cheating" his swing in the derby, but i dunno. 🤔
    • Shohei changed from a leg kick to a toe tap during his first US spring training, because he was late on everything when he got here.
    • CBS Sports has us #1 ... we did it. https://www.cbssports.com/mlb/news/mlb-power-rankings-orioles-phillies-dodgers-battle-for-no-1-spot-as-braves-slip/
    • Fangraphs still hesitant to move the O's into their top "The Best of the Best" tier. That title belongs only to the Dodgers and Braves for now, with the O's one notch lower in "On The Cusp of Greatness" along with the Phillies and Yankees.  Looking back, this is the Dodger's first week returning to top billing after two weeks where their Tier 1 was simply "The Braves." The Yankees had a couple appearances in the top tier during their early hot streak. But I'm thinking the O's will spend much of the summer with ATL and LAD in "The Best of the Best." At Fangraphs, and in popular opinion as baseball's current big three.  https://blogs.fangraphs.com/fangraphs-power-rankings-april-29-may-5/
