I'm guessing that by the ASB Buck will abandon his hopes that Lee, Scott or Wieters will turn on the power and, about two weeks too late, move Reynolds up in the lineup. It'd be cool if we cd also move Hardy down and find someone else to lead off.

Agreed. I would like to see Gurerro moved down, Reynolds to 4th, Jones at 3rd, Hardy or Markakis leading off, Luke traded and Reimold and Pie platooned in left. If trades are possible please make them. Blow this team up. They can not win with the players we have. Weiters, Jones, Reynolds, Markakis and Arrieta can stay the rest can go. Blow it up.

What wd be really cool is if Buck does this ahead of the schedule everyone is expecting. Buck's biggest move of the year so far cd be, starting from tomorrow, to shake up the lineup regardless of where the players rank in terms of salary and veteranosity--to refocus on winning.

He wouldnt be hitting 7th or 8th if he could get his average to a respectable number. .230 is just sad and he had to be really hot to get it up to .230.

He just missed getting 3 HR's. His 1st AB almost got out as well.

230 or not the guy needs to be batting 4th. I feel more confident that he will deliver rather than Vlad, Scott, Lee, ect ect. When the guy connects, he connects. Big time damage esp if there are runners on base. Plus we don't have to worry much about DP balls. He'll just strike out and give the next guy a chance to pick him up.

If you think his BA is important then you haven't been paying attention on here to what actually matters. His OBP is over .350.
