Wow. That had my heart jumping up in my throat. What a tough inning -- but the result was great. NICE job by Hammel. I don't think Matusz would have let less than 3 runs cross the plate on that... even Arrieta might've surrendered something.

I am as big of a Matusz apologist as anybody, but if that had happened to Matusz, on top of the two errors earlier, I don't think he would have gotten out of the inning unscathed.
