McFarland has a good feel for pitching. works in an out well and gets very good arm-side run. 86-87 on the fastball and a lack of command of his change doesn't blow you away, but I can see why they like him a bit.

Anyone else watching on mlb.tv? I've seen that Hanes ad four times in a row during a single break, not to mention the other ten times it's come on during the game. This is worse than MASN.

He does look good, but a more patient at bat to start that inning for the Twins and he starts it off with a walk. Dude swung at ball 4 well off the plate. Better lineups will test him more from the stretch.
