Any thoughts in who'll the O's pick at 22?

That said, the Yankees have 2 additional compensatory picks (#32 and #33) for losing Nick Swisher and Rafael Soriano.

6'1" 190 pound SS out of high school (VA).

That said, I wouldn't be surprised to see us go with a pitcher. And there's a few that could be hanging around #22.

Guessing who the Orioles will pick at 22 is a total crapshoot. Baseball is unlike the other sports in that once you get outside the top 5-10 picks, there really is no concensus as to how things will go from there. Players are so raw in their development stages that scouting is more an art than science at that point.

At #22, I doubt they'll be picking for any kind of need... you just go for the best available player on your board at that point. So who knows.
