And that's pretty unique, because for kids who are just becoming part of a system are often given guidelines and rules that you need to follow to earn your way. [The Orioles] just say, 'Have at it, try to be the best player you can and never back down.' So that was a good feeling to have and almost you want to take pride in that because you don't want to let anyone down or especially let yourself down by pulling up short."
