I am not sure "moving" this game is as easy as it sounds. I believe the White Sox would have to approve, along with MLB and others (TV, Union???). I also wonder if the minor league fields are up to ML standards (this is not a put down, just a thought). Maybe the O's and Sox leaders will tour a minor league facility today to get a feel. I think they try to get a game in tomorrow at 1, be a home team at a DH in Chicago, and postpone the third game unless it is necessary at the season's conclusion.

I doubt the TV networks and MLBPA would have the ability to block a decision made by the commissioner's office. Likewise I doubt Manfred would proceed with any solution without complete buy-in from the White Sox and Orioles. This situation is tragic on many levels and transcends a mere game, but baseball needs to be played somewhere beginning tomorrow, or IMO Manfred will have failed in his first real test.

The 1st game: 2:03 (17 runs scored)

The 2nd game: 1:56

The 3rd game: 1:01 (F/6, darkness)

Three games played in under 5 hours. Most extra-inning games these days takes more than that. Baseball was a very different sport in 1920. Not only there will not be another triple-header, double-headers will become unheard-of soon.
