It is my personal belief the Browns were allowed back into the NFL chiefly to serve as a football version of antidepressant medication. Think about it, no matter how bad things get for every other NFL fanbase, at least they can cling on to the fact that........ "at least we are not the Browns".

Should give you an idea of what alverez would cost and carter can actually play a defensive position

Carter hit .199 last year and struck out a third of the time. I think 1/5 or 2/8 could land Alvarez. I don't think he will sign before February.
