Matt Minter. When people ask what the most interesting story I ever wrote in eight years of covering 140 minor league games a year, the one about Matt Minter is the first that comes to mind. (Shorebird fans with a very good memory might remember Matt from 1997 when pitched for the Columbus (GA) Red Stixx and Keys fans saw him in 1999 when he was with the Lynchburg Hillcats.)
