based on that and the link at the bottom, sometimes bunts are ok. I bet the situations where bunts are ok increase a lot when you have a sub 200 hitter at the plate. assuming they can bunt ok.

capyy, as far as I am concerned I agree with you.

I have no idea why some posters on this site are dead set against bunts.

Bunts have a place in baseball.
