Then why does MLB.com have him ranked behind the guys the Orioles took in the 3rd and 4th rounds in the Orioles' Top 30 prospect list? Hell, they have him ranked behind Little Yaz and Oliver Drake. Both MLB and Fangraphs give him a grade of 45, which is basically 5th starter/setup guy. I'm fairly confident the Phillies believe they can do better with a pick in the early 30s.

That list is a joke. See the minors forum thread on it. 20 year old lefty with a 2.63 ERA in Delmarva that throws 93-94. That just shows how much that list is a joke.

Our top prospect list is probably

1. Sisco

2. Harvey

3. Mancini

4. Sedlock

5. B.Gonzalez

6. O.Peralta

7. R.Mountcastle

8. J.Reyes

9. T.Scott

10. J. Peluffo

Because MLB.com uses a couple guys lists that have bias against Orioles in general? The lists don't always mean what they appear to mean.

The Orioles and Marlins are shopping for a low-end left-handed reliever, tweets Joel Sherman of the New York Post. Sherman feels the Braves’ Hunter Cervenka could be one such candidate, while ESPN’s Jayson Stark names Cervenka as a last-minute target

Cervenka has done well vs lefties but walks way to many for more liking.

I was looking at Cervenka last night. He or teammate Ian Krol would make sense.
