Pace of pitching

The average pitcher takes 19.2 seconds between pitches with the bases empty, but 25.6 with runners on base.   Here's how some Orioles fare:

Nuno 15.9/20.9

Miley 16.0/21.8

Jimenez 17.2/21.6

Givens 17.8/22.4

Gausman 18.0/28.4

Wright 18.6/26.4

Bundy 18.7/22.9

Brach 19.4/23.7

Tillman 20.0/26.6

Britton 22.2/26.8

O'Day 25.6/28.0

Two things kind of jump off the page at me.    One, I had no idea O'Day was that slow a worker.    Two, Gausman slows down by more than 10 seconds with runners on base.

I wonder if those numbers change appreciably depending on the catcher?
