This is a good deal. Rasmus has real upside and could end up being a valuable piece for us this year. This is the type of Duquette move that sometimes pans out nicely.

I don't understand what the Rays are doing. If you're rebuilding, just play your prospects. CarGo has no business being on the team when you just let a better play walk on the DFA wire who plays the same position. You only save $2 million and you're not even sure if you're getting anything in return for Dickerson's All-Star season.
