Ok, so maybeeeeee you'd trade Kjerstad??? Because what else is more valuable than Stowers or Norby? There are no ML pieces to give up now that would make sense. I find the presumption that Mayo can just pick up RF and play it better than Hays or Santander at the ML level in a few weeks faulty. -

Does Adley not have a strong arm? I figured with his prospect pedigree he would, but I feel like he doesn’t throw guys out all that well. And this stat doesn’t favor him. -
Not saying that at all, but Holliday taking up a spot on a mlb roster in the playoffs should mean he has a proven mlb bat. Without question, Mateo is the better fielder and runner as a 2b option (as we type). -
I don’t think the pay have lost anything. Westburg is 2 OAA and Ortiz is 0. Mateo is 0 as well but I would be willing to bet with reps at second that changes. -
Meh, the article mentions that it doesn’t work in the majors usually but they think he can be an exception with this tweak. Guess what goes next if the tweak doesn’t work..

I'm willing to trade Kjerstad as Mayo can take his place on the roster. Plus at some point you have to trade talent to get talent in return. I want something better than Jack Flaherty and Fujinami this year to bolster the pitching staff.
