Not saying anyone is saying Waters is the second coming of Palmer...but his stuff and track record just scream "don't get too excited."

he does have a very effective curve...he needs to locate his fastball better but so far he has been great

Man, I remember that. He looked like the Greg Maddux v. 2.0.

He seemed to get exposed the 2nd time through the league.
