What is the over/under for this year's Astros team? 110?

I just thought what would have been a great punishment for the Astros.  For the next 3 years they have to let opposing batters know what pitch they are going to throw.

I'm not saying the Coronavirus isn't important but why should it delay the announcement of the Red Sox punishment?

Just seems like they keep looking for reasons.

Sure, Seattle has over 160 confirmed cases.

But why should that interfere with the report on the Red Sox cheating? 

Shouldn't MLB be able to do more than one thing at a time?

They don't want to issue the Red Sox report.  They saw what happened with the Astro's report being released.  They are hopeful that you will eventually just forget about it and then it will never be released.
