Initial post in the thread updated for the addition of Akin, Baumann, T Davis, Mattson, Mullins, and Rutschman to the 60 man player pool.

Of the 38 men on the 40 man roster, there are 3 left who are not on the 60 man pool:  Dean Kremer, Ramon Urias, and Ryan McKenna.

Non roster guys who were in camp when it was halted but are not on the 60 man pool:  Yusniel Diaz, Jose Rondon, Richard Urena, and Bruce Zimmerman.

   -- Roster moves:  Martin to 45 day IL, Hector Velazquez assigned to minor league camp 2.0 in Bowie which opens Thursday, Kremer added to 60 man pool but immediately assigned to Bowie camp; Blach removed from 60 man pool

This necessitated creating a new category for the players who are in the Bowie camp.  It is right after the list of players who are in the Camden Yards camp, and before the list of guys on the 45 man IL.

I also had to create a new category for Blach, as he has been removed from the 60 man pool but as far as I can tell he has not been placed on any type of IL.

And then immediately updated again:

   -- Santander reports to camp

   -  Minor league camp opened in Bowie and in addition to Kremer and Velazquez who had already been assigned there, 6 more guys reported there today.   There are now 52 guys on the 60 man pool, 44 in Baltimore and 8 in Bowie.
