Absolutely agree. They are not LeBlanc and Milone. Legitimate, if unlikely, upside potential.

Elias is slipping, he missed out on Scott Kazmir who just signed with the Giants.

I'm curious to see how these older pitchers workout on the O's and if we might see some of that magic the Astros have had with veteran pitchers.

Kazmir read the reports about how good Felix and Harvey looked and wanted no part of trying to beat them out.

Still would have been nice to have had all three in the rotation, dominating. Hall and Rodriguez wont sniff the majors for another 3-4 years if those three have any say.

Gotta be Hamels after Felix and Harvey - Kazmir is small beer.

I was trying to go to Active SO leaders for pitchers when I chanced on hitters first, noticing that Davis is actually ahead of Justin Upton for the active lead.  Justin's the one with the chance to run Reggie down if the SLG can stay a few more years.

Pitcher-wise Hamels and Felix both in the 2500's.

The more I think about workloads and slow-playing 2021, the more I think even if Kremer and Akin are solid, they are going to get capped at like 22 starts, so by the end of it there could be 5-10 games for pushing a dozen guys.

I’m all for bringing in Cole Hamels if his arm isn’t completely dead. He was still a decent pitcher as recently as 2019, but he might be waiting for a playoff contender in need of a starting pitcher.
