Roster is at 39 right now. CD makes it 38, but then they might also want to add Tyler Wells. To me it looks like Harvey and Wells are added, Wade and Felix waive opt outs and go to the alternate site. Maybe?

Wells is already on 40 man as is Sceroler. They lose one you go to 37 if Davis is on 60 day.
