The Orioles have yet to get a hit with a runner in scoring position in this series (they are 0 for 21).   I wonder if any team has ever gone through a four game series without a hit with a runner in scoring position.   Maybe the Dodgers in the 1966 WS?

SInce last Monday, the Orioles are 4/53 (.075) with runners in scoring position.   Without a runner in scoring position, the Oriole s have hit .272 since Monday.

And last Sunday after a good first inning, in the last 8 innings the Orioles were 0/7 with RISP.   Which means they are currently in a 4/60 stretch (.067).

Not for the first time, it can be asked, if Sisco is here So he can play through his problems, why isn’t he playing? It doesn’t make sense

I agree.  I think he should be playing vs most or even all RH pitchers.  He did start both games vs righties so far in this series, buy I'd like to see him out there today too

I was just looking at the outfield in Cleveland, and although Santander would probably be an improvement over their corner guys, I don’t think they are in the market for him. Gotta look somewhere else now

Franmil Reyes went on the IL last week.  I don't know if it's a short term injury or a long term one.

I have personally given up on him, but I think it is incredibly illogical to keep him here without playing him, especially because Elias specifically said he wanted him to play through his problems. So that makes no sense.

Well the right fielder is the first round draft pick, so they’re not going to give up on him right away, the leftfielder is Rosario, and he’s an established guy, and Santander can’t play center very well. I was checking on Seattle, though, and their leftfielders a guy named Donovan Walton I think And he’s had exactly 34 major league bats. I don’t know whether he’s a rookie they just called up or a stopgap guy, but Seattle is only one game under 500 right now and they’ve got a borderline playoff team, they might be interested
