Jannis cleared waivers and was assigned back to Norfolk.  I thought waivers usually took longer but I guess the other 29 teams couldn't pass fast enough.

Well when you’re a 33 years old knuckleball pitcher that can’t throw a knuckleball consistently, even in pitching starved MLB you’re not going to find many takers.
