I wish his bat was a little more consistent but he is rare corner OF that can produce without a great bat. 
 

I view Hays like this. He can be a regular on a good team but not a top player if that makes any sense

I do think as we get closer he will add arms. It going to take something he has not done yet, undervalued types. 
 

In general I am always skeptical with young arms but hard not to get excited with Grayson.

I think MLB should consider putting robots out on the mound. Go full analytics and let the teams compete on who can develop the best AI and projectile delivery systems. Would need to restrict velocities and maybe location of beards.

Much too much time and money is wasted on keeping full-body pitchers healthy and effective!
