And the time is getting closer to fish or cut bait with Jahmai Jones. I hope Jones surprises especially since the opportunity is there for an infielder to step up , but I think he's headed for an eventual DFA.

Sounds like a healthy Shed Long is a much better player even if two years older. Jones Ks too much and he doesn’t have the attributes that keep Ryan McKenna around. Jones is going to have to have a big ST and big start in AAA just to get ABs down there. Our MIs are quickly rising.
