They been playing Westburg at third a lot this spring.  I am guessing he will play there a lot in the minors this year.  I don’t see enough inning for all the shortstops in the system.

During the half-inning, after Westburg's good play, long-time YES play by play announcer guy (Michael Kay?) had the quote from Hyde that he wanted Westburg in tonight because he "wants him to feel close to big leagues, night game against a good team".

Westburg really helped Wells there.   The leadoff single to 9th hitter Higashioka came on an 0-2 pitch that looked "too good" to me, throwing too many strikes.   Looked like 0-2 he was trying to go Up In, but even the backup catcher handled it.    Then went 3-0 on LeMahieu who attacked the strike with the hot shot down to 3B Westburg turned into two outs.

Pretty good defensive play by Westburg at 3rd base.  Line drive shot off the bat of LeMahieu, caught on the short hop and turned into an easy round the horn double play.

Seems pretty clear that the Orioles think both Wesburg and Ortiz might be up this year (and not just at the end of it), with Henderson further away.

Hays double on 94.7 Luis Gil fastball.   Gil had a lot of 98's in his first inning to erase Bradish from fastest pitches of game on Savant, but he is slowing down some in his 2nd inning.

A nice job my Mateo after Odor failed to get the runners in from 2nd and 3rd and one out. Just a nice catch by Gallo!

I'm starting to wonder myself. He's been DHing and Mancini has been playing the outfield.
