That's a good sign. To me that's the last check off, holding stuff up to 90-100 pitches.

Seems like Bradish is now as stretched out as any of our other starters currently in the major leagues.  Probably more stretched out than most of them.   I see they let Lyles get to 91 pitches in one outing.  Zimmermann has never gone more than 76.

Well that escalated quickly. I guess the signs were pointing that way when they let him throw over 80 pitches Friday. Hopefully Nevin is up soon as well.

This is great. He could come up and get torched, but at least he's getting a chance.

 

Now please add some infield help...I mean anybody has to be somewhat better than what was in the field today.

Ok, let’s say he gives up 7 runs in 2 innings.  Does that mean, after dominating AAA over his last several starts, that he still has something to learn?  Or did he just have a sh!tty start against the Red Sox?

Not necessarily….but I think Elias will protect him.
