I wonder if he thinks he will be kept when the talent shows up?

I really hope they leave Fry in until he gets out of this inning one way or the other.

I want to see how high his ERA can actually go.

I feel bad for him honestly. I know he's invested and I know he wants to win, bit he's been given so little talent over the last four years. The only thing is I don't know how much he's involved in evaluating the talent.

Kind of reminds me of Brett Brown during the 76ers "Trust the process."

I'm not sure anyone trusts the process anymore. Its only been three games into this season and I know you never judge a team early on, but this sure looks like more of the same.

I've never seen anything.  I think he's a fair bet to be making more than the ML minimum.

This isn't current but it shows the lowest paid as getting 700K.

I looked on Cot's Contracts and couldn't find it.  I did see the Buck Showalter made $3.5 Mill a year.

I know the Orioles have never released Elias' contract. We don't even know the years.
