If all of this is true MLB will want this team sold ASAP. This is ugly.

My layperson's summary:

pp. 1-35 Peter waited to long to come up with succession plan. Hoped everyone would get along. John is a jerk to his brother and got Georgia and her lawyer, Chris Jones, on his side.

p,. 35 Here is where it gets interesting. The claim is that Jones presented a plan in accordance with Peter's wishes, but then he and John altered the documents so as to put John in charge, tricking Georgia and pressuring Lou into signing. 

They are seeking to have the amendments to the trust declared invalid. Peter and Georgia would be enjoined from managing the Orioles, MASN, the law firm, or the real estate holdings.
