Maybe the 2012-16 Orioles did.  We aren't there yet.   And tonight we have most of our top relievers unavailable.

And if we compare with last year's Orioles pen: Paul Fry and César Valdez have both pitched only one inning with Arizona and the Angels respectively, and Armstrong, Sulser, and Scott have not done any better than they did with the Os.
