With RMC on first, Gunnar hits a long foul ball that even he thinks is going into the stands, but then he realizes it’s staying in, maybe even staying fair in the deep left corner so he takes off to first.  RMC has the play in front of him but must’ve also been fooled.  Kwan then makes an amazing catch in that corner up against the wall, comes down, fires to first bc RMC has somehow gotten himself almost all the way to second (or even beyond?).  The ball and RMC arrive at first simultaneously, but the umpire calls an out to complete the double play and for whatever reason the O’s don’t challenge.

Because Odor is a veteran that has made the club house loose.   He also turns a good double play.   For those reasons Stowers has to sit.   

Hyde can not put a number on how much better Baltimore is by the mere presence of Odor.

It’s the second inning and it’s scoreless. If you’re nervous already I’d hate to see how you feel at first pitch of a playoff game!
