So we have Cano who threw very few pitches that inning.

We have Bautista who threw 49 pitches on Wed & Thu and who, IMO, could use another day off, though it does appear that Hyde is planning on using him.

And we have Voth and Perez.

You could let Cano go a second inning (which probably makes him unavailable tomorrow).   Or you could just say the day off was enough and bring in Bautista.

How many runs do we need to score this inning to feel comfortable with Perez or Voth in the 9th?

I would bring Cano back out, but I predict Hyde goes to Bautista.  If Bautista isn't himself, Hyde can always bring in Voth or Perez.  That doesn't sound like a good plan.
