I wouldn't be surprised if management is trying to find a deal for Mateo and Mountcastle.  Hicks may be another one.

Yep, they have gone with 14 briefly a few times but have always gone back to 13/13.

Maybe not the very first game of the second half as the entire pen will be rested going into Friday's game.   But certainly by a week from Monday I would expect a position player for pitcher roster move.
