Trade Deadline Prediction Time

If the O's make a trade, who do you feel it'll be for and who will we send in return (the 2nd part is less important)?  Some may turn out to be clairvoyant.

It’s hard for me to believe that they didn’t want Montgomery and weren’t willing to beat that offer.

That tells me that they are working on something more substantial.

I don’t think the Padres are going to sell so I’m thinking they are working on something with Seattle or Miami on one of the names we have discussed.

I think ending up with Lorenzen as well is very possible/likely.
 

They will add a reliever but not sure who..probably someone we have yet to consider.

I think Elias is chasing Gilbert, Bryce Miller and or Mitch Keller.

It seems more likely we wind up with one of Matz or Flaherty. I'd feel better about Lorenzen plus Alex Lange.

Lorenzen and Foley or Carlson and Flaherty seem like potential packages that make sense.

Adding an OF such as Dylan Carlson of the Cardinals doesn’t t make much sense to me. We want to be reducing a position player logjam not adding to it.
