Who should come to the majors and when? Who should be traded?

Best case scenario the Orioles pull off a larger-scale trade, but let's assume the fill their SP needs through free agency or smaller deals, meaning they need to choose whether to move veteran position players for modest return (e.g., RPs or pitching prospects commensurate with their respective trade value) to make OD roster space for prospects.  Which position players make your OD roster?

There are 6 locks: Adley, Gunnar, Mullins, Hays, Westburg, McCann.

Leaving 7 roster spots in flux, to be filled by some group of these 10: Santander, Mountcastle, O'Hearn, Kjerstad, Cowser, Holliday, Ortiz, Urias, Mateo, Hicks/McKenna/other backup CF.

If they are comfortable with Hays or Cowser as the backup CF, they don't need to devote a roster spot to that. (And if you want Hicks back and still have a different backup CF, that's another roster spot you need to free up. Same deal if you want Norby or Stowers on the OD roster.)

So which are your 3 left off the OD roster? For me, it's:

1. No Hicks/McKenna; Hays serves as backup CF.

2. Mateo traded/non-tendered; but if Urias traded instead, no complaints.

3. Holliday to AAA on OD. The other of Mateo/Urias traded/DFA'd when they want to call him up (if needed with all players healthy). But if Holliday looks too good to leave off the OD roster in spring training, do it then.
