Looks like I'll have to try alternatives for the Saturday night game. But WTH is up with the whole Phil area being shown the West Coast rivalry game tho? Do they really believe no Os fans live there? 🤔 Also, someone should tell Roy he'll be watching the Dodgers-Giants tonight. -

You read a little too much into that. We need a bat to go against LH SP in the playoffs. Mayo can DH and be that bat. A very specific role. Saying that has nothing to do with us needing a SP. The thread is “Luis Robert”. A bat. -

I reckon they’re being careful. Even swinging uses those muscles but not in the way and stress that throwing does. That type of inflammation is incredibly common. And you can get through it pretty quickly especially when young. Look at Neto. -

Liranzo is an absolute miss off the list, and it's too early to ditch Almeyda as as prospect too. Some of these rankings and guys they have on and guys they don't are head scratchers. Some of these "reports" look preseason, not updated as Forrett has definitely shown a solid average changeup that may be his best offspeed offering at times.

More of a right-handed sidearmer specialist, he has to be pretty pinpoint in his location to defend himself against lefties. He's a sinker, curveball guy (occasional change) who has some late movement and seems to keep himself off the barrels for the most part, but nothing is plus. Because he comes from an orthodox angle, he gives batters a different look than they're used to seeing, but I just don't see him as much more than an up down guy who you can use in low leverage. His 54% GB rate is ok, but that will go down at the major league level, so it's not like he'd be a huge ground ball guy there.
