This is Cole Irvin. It's pretty hard to be this bad let alone stay in the rotation for a contending team.

Think this says it all. Irvin can be really good when his command is crisp. Tonight it wasn’t. It shows 2 walks, but he was in so many hitters counts or deep counts. That’s disastrous for him.

Over the last 3 years, OPaCY has a park factor of 99…Oakland is 97.

There isn’t much separation.

The most pitcher friendly, aside from Seattle, is 96, so yes, Oakland is more pitcher friendly than Camden.

You could also just use your brain instead of just regurgitating stats and actually compare the dimensions of each park.

Wind, altitude, humidity things beyond park dimensions are factors.

Just think back to how OPACY changed when they built the hotel.

I've been watching the game with my Dad and we were both talking about how obvious it was that Irvin was going to continue to get battered and that Hyde should've pulled him after that third run scored.  Maybe we're off, but I think it was an awful call to leave him in.

The bullpen is shot. Thats why he was left in.
