Managing the pitchers, I guess now the club has a choice whether to accelerate him to Tuesday on 4 days rest.

That could goose one more game of the remaining 9 out of "Burnes/Eflin" relative to "Others", but you probably only burn a top pitcher on the Game 162 Sunday if your berth is at stake, and we probably won't be that bad off.
