I don't remember that I ever went that far, but I do remember being very fond of Pie and the way he seemed to love to play. But yes exercises like this are great. It helps all of us see how easily we get caught up in one or two people as if the franchise cannot exist without them. I love looking at ANY of the Teixeira threads. Love em.

I think there was a Mr. Green in the original Pelham 123. Much better than the Travolta remake, btw.

The great thing about sports.....it's not always about statistics. Sure, there are better players and even young players with more potential than Adam Jones. I question whether anyone we received in a trade would show the leadership and be "Baltimore's baseball player" like Adam Jones.
