Jeez, get off it. It sucked, I think we got hosed because he was way outta the baseline and that's why that rule is in place, but that WAS great athleticism to be able to avoid the tag both times.

That's what I thought on first glance, too, but he wasn't out of the baseline. It was a perfect relay from Andino and Wieters for some reason fell to his knees leaving him totally exposed to Ichiro to do what he did. There was no reason for it, all he had to do was tag him out. He anticipated him sliding and he didn't.
