Christian Walker to be called up by the O's today

Making the jump to the Majors is huge so I'm going to give him more time before I project anything. I do like his strike zone awareness and he has a quick bat. But I need to see more since I never saw him in the minors.

With the Walker move taking the roster to 40, at least now there won't be any talk of giving Roberts a one-day contract so he can retire as an Oriole.

I like what I saw from walker in Norfolk.

He doesn't always make contact, but when he does, it goes for a ride.

As I was saying earlier......

Reminds me of Reimold a bit with less of an eye. But maybe a more consistent player. We'll see.

I honestly don't know his projection.

But james loney he is not. Walker has power and then some. If he can continue to develop that batting eye, who knows?

We know he was at least somewhat selective in the minors, if not "patient". They say he makes good adjustments during / in between ABs.

Looks like a hitter to me, Keith Law. We'll see.

Me too and I plan a stay at a HI Express shortly...def not overmatched, has a plan and barrels up - now, not the best pitching in the MLB but he looked as good if not better than Schoop and Co. I like him! and Pearcie likes him so all good!
