Why would any team agree to letting their GM interview now for a position that may be open after the season? Incredibly poor timing by the Blue Jays on this. Teams' GMs need to focus on their off-season work now. This really shows a lack of class on the Blue Jays' part, IMO.

It appears Rizzo is unhappy with Harper as well.

“We’re disappointed he’s not here,” Rizzo said, “but he chose not to be here because of the grievance.”

They cheat every way that they can. I hope that MLB steps in and does not allow them to talk to ANY of the folks that they floated out there while under contract. I wonder if Rizzo would like the promotion though. He is only a President of Baseball Ops for the Nationals, not a CEO/President of the Organization.
