I know this has been rehashed a million times, but you will never get me to believe that the Toronto position did not affect Duq aggressiveness at the Winter Meetings.

Do you not remember the first game yesterday? Or the 2nd game against Houston? Or the extra inning game in Miami? Including this game, that's 4 games in the last week where the offense has been dreadful. Jones has been terrible the whole month. Hardy has been awful since he got off the DL. Paredes looks like himself now. Manny cooled down. Davis has been better. Snider has been ok. Joseph has been bad on the home stand. Lough is Lough. Young is awful. Lavarnway was awful, and Clevenger has been pretty terrible in his major league career as well. Flaherty is fine. Pearce has been better but Buck doesn't play him.

There's just not much there. Especially with our current 1,3,4, and 6 hitters stinking it up lately.

Just need to root for this team to get one more hit the rest of the game, let alone 1 run

GOOD news is the pitching has turned it around and the offense SHOULD soon.

Gonzo has done his part but the hitters have been an absolute no show.

I even have the Phillies/Rockies on TV tonight. 3, 4 times a year WLYH broadcasts a Phillies game.
