Buck said that they probably will add another pitcher today. Who do you think it will be?

My vote is for Cabral. He's a lefty having an outstanding season at Norfolk. Let's give him a look and see if he can be a more reliable lefty specialist than Matusz.

All for it. I assumed someone that was disposable which is why I picked Beato.

Have you seen Oliver Drake's splits against lefties?

Edit: Lefties are .125 against Drake:

True, but I don't think Buck would be 100% confident in a right-handed lefty specialist.

Besides, Drake -- in all likelihood -- is the guy who's going to get optioned today to make room for the new reliever.

Does anyone know Cabral's options situation? I see he was briefly in the majors in 2013 and 2014 for the Yankees. I would imagine he probably has at least one option remaining, in which case the O's could feel free to send him back down if they needed.

I hope not. He deserves to be here more than most.

By my math, he has 1 option left. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Does anyone have a reliable site that specifically says how many options a player has?

I normally just use this site, and look for how many times a player has been optioned since being added to a 40 man:
