Wilkins has never been outrighted. So if the O's outright him he has to accept the assignment to Norfolk if he passes through waivers.

Same is true for Hoes. Hoes is out for options.

I don't see Hoes as a replacement for Lough. Lough has much more speed to cover CF than Hoes from what I remember of him. Remember Buck was so disappointed in Parra's CF defense that he recalled Lough late in September.
