Other than Tillman's two strong innings, watching some of you express outrage at the weather delay and assign blame is the highlight of my day so far.

If Tillman can move his arm at all, he's pitching when the rain delay is over.

It was tongue-in-cheek. I just like taking playful jabs at Bordick sometimes. It makes him more tolerable to me if I can poke fun at him.

I remember being at his start vs. the Tigers in the 2014 ALDS at OPACY, he came out in the first two innings hitting 96 on the stadium gun.

It seems like in big/exciting games, he comes out of the gates with a little bit extra.

The Orioles have hired 5 people to constantly breathe on Tillman's arm to keep it warm during rain delays.

I think that they will be fine in the long run ...... both in terms of this game, and in terms of the season overall.

They have too much offense to be held back. I think that the offense this year is better than last year's ...... which I believe will wind up being the biggest difference between last year's 81-81 record, and this year's final record.

That, and even a modest improvement in starting pitching (over last year's starting pitching) will make this team a real pain in the ass for just about everyone.

I'm all in on all you said here. I suppose all of the bats could go cold all at once, but looking at it from 1 to 9, I'd like to think it won't be often. My thinking is even if half to 2/3 of the line-up goes cold, then other 1/3 can carry them.

The rain should be tapering off to a shower in just a few minutes. The rain should let up entirely shortly thereafter.

Well yes, but I was thinking that his pitch count was so low it wouldn't matter. But it's Opening Day, and I can understand if Buck wanted to play it safe.

EDIT: Looks like it is blowing through at a rapid pace. By 6:30 the rain should stop and 6:45 we should be good to go.
